Prosper is a Dubai-based proptech platform that brings property listings, financing, documentation and management into a single app for owners, tenants and buyers. It is an after-sale property lifecycle platform, picking up where the transaction ends and giving investors the tools to manage what they already own.

The core of the product is a personalised dashboard. Landlords track current and five-year ROI trends and benchmark performance against the local market, tenants get rental overviews and property-specific financials, and buyers get rental income projections and verified listing details. A Data Hub adds monthly and yearly market reports, area guides and tools such as automated rental contract generation and vacancy alerts for landlords whose tenants do not renew.

Every user is paired with a dedicated Relationship Manager and, for buyers and tenants, a Property Specialist from partner agency Range International Property Investments. 5 billion in assets managed through the platform.
