VEYLO X

VEYLO X is a two-sided platform for renting and letting in England, built so that renting starts with clarity on both sides. Renters build a free profile once and reuse it with different landlords and agents. Renters never pay for referencing in England, and VEYLO X keeps it that way.

Before a property is listed, the landlord confirms their identity and the property is matched against Land Registry records, with the records kept, so renters can see which listings have these checks on file before they enquire. The Right to Rent check is provided free for landlords and renters. Landlords pay only for the checks they use, with no subscription required, or save with the optional Steward Plus plan.

As the Renters' Rights Act changes how renting and letting work in England, both sides need clearer records. VEYLO X is built around exactly that.
