We typically Crowdfund Risk Capital for projects to reach bankability. Upon reaching of pre-agreed development milestones, Islamic Banks take over and our Crowdfunding community exits with our capital and profits. Our projects usually last 6 to 15 months, and give returns averaging 10% 16% per annum in SGD.
